Do you offer any pool cleaning services?

Yes, of course!

Will a pool increase the value of my home?

Yes. Most studies show a pool will increase the value of a home anywhere between 7% and 15%, depending on where the home is located in San Antonio, The Hill Country, and surrounding areas. It also will continue to increase in value through the years, along with the home.

I’m building a new home. If I’m considering a new pool, what are the benefits of proceeding now instead of waiting until completion of my new home?

Building your new pool or spa during the construction of your new home has many substantial benefits. The most important is cost savings. By adding your pool to your homes first mortgage, you will lower it’s financing costs.

In addition, you will also avoid the rare inconveniences that can be associated with the construction of a custom built pool. If you’re not yet living there full time, the normal construction traffic will be less noticeable and will seamlessly become part of your new home construction as a whole.

As a final point, you will be better able to incorporate the pool design and any other backyard amenities with your home design. One of our pool builders will be able to work with your home-builder to ensure that your backyard oasis blends in harmoniously with your new dream home.

What kind of pool is right for me?

Your overall lot size will determine what kind/size of pool is appropriate for you and your family, but in terms of shape, style, etc. It really depends on how you plan to use your pool. If exercise is most important, then perhaps a pool that facilitates swimming laps is appropriate. If you desire a pool that reflects a backyard oasis that is the perfect setting for entertaining, relaxing and overall enjoyment then a Freeform design is probably most suited. We invite you to visit our photo galleries to view and research a variety of pool designs that fit a multitude of lifestyles and needs. Our pool professionals can then assist you in determining the pool shape and design that works best for you, and your yard. We will not try to put something in your yard that we wouldn’t put in our own!

How noisy is construction? During what hours can I expect the crew to be at my house?

There are many phases to swimming pool construction, but only a couple of them are particularly noisy, namely excavation. The majority of work is not noisy.

The crew generally will work during daylight hours, but will respect any restrictions requested by you as the homeowner and/or your neighborhood. These restrictions should be disclosed prior to construction in order to make sure the timeline is accurate.

What happens to my driveway and yard during the pool construction process?

Prior to construction beginning, your landscape will be assessed to determine the best way for the crew to access the building site. Some of the equipment used is heavy machinery. As such, if you have lots of fencing, pavers, etc., there may be a need to temporarily remove or a risk of damage in the process. If such a risk exists, you will be informed of it prior to construction.

Certain phases, such as plumbing, will require trenching, so your yard may not look pristine during those few days.

Where does my pool pump go? Can I hide it somewhere in the yard?

Many people build screen walls to hide equipment or hide it with landscaping, large waterfalls, etc. Pool equipment is strategically placed for functionality, accessibility and aesthetics. The larger the distance between the pool and its equipment, the more costly installation will generally be. A larger distance may also make the equipment a little less efficient.
